It has instructions on directions, parking, check-in, check-out, other videos on how to use things around the house, and many recommendations on places you can visit during your stay!

This house resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and public playgrounds, for a more convenient stay.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles in the garage. Street parking is not allowed.

• FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a bassinet and a high chair, available on-site.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage (2 cars). If you need more parking spaces, you can park on the street but only where we instruct you. MAX 2 CARS AT ALL TIMES. You CANNOT park in front of the garage/driveway or on Bastrop St in front of property complex (NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY).

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.

• Please note that though the listing shows 5 beds, there are only 4 actual beds. The last “bed” is a queen-size sofa bed.

• Pets are NOT allowed on top of the furniture as the hair can be tough to remove. Please always clean up after your pet, including when you’re outdoors.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
