"I stay at Hyatt Regency often but this was my first at Galleria in HTx and it did not support. Open lobby area with bar and cafe, pool and fitness center. You can order food + drinks by the pool. The room is spacious and upon entering I could smell a slight bleach scent; this is typically a good indicator that the room has been cleaned properly. There were no issues with hair, stains or anything. Housekeeping will greet you in the hallways and they seem to be happy and pleasant. The front desk staff and bartenders are warm and welcoming. Parking is plenty but the parking fees can add up."

"A beautiful boutique style hotel located in downtown. Great dining options both in the hotel and around the area. Parking garage adjacent was also helpful. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. In the bar area there is also a pool table off to the side and it’s free to use. Overall would stay again without question. "
