Not as advertised

This listing is deceiving. It is listed as a townhouse within a gated community. In fact, it is an apartment complex and the gates are not functional. It is not secure. Although the dwelling is clean and updated, it is deceptively advertised. We requested a refund because we were looking for a secure place to stay the weekend, and the listing Manager would not hear of it. I appealed to VRBO given the false representation, and they also would not intervene.
Stayed 3 nights in Jul 2025
