The pool needs maintenance, it had a black corner which you couldn’t tell if it was mold or just very dirty. The pool water was warm which was nice. The room was clean but the towels had different types and color hairs which was very off putting, the customer service was okay but if you need something they don’t bring it to you, you have to go get it. The breakfast was okay, the coffee was good.

I will like to speak with someone because your service was poor I pay for 2 rooms just for me to find out at the check in that the front desk Mac heal stated that I only pay for one room how can I pay for one room while I have 2 adults and 3 teenagers. And I was trying to making understand but he kept telling us that we pay to Expedia not to them and he was very rude, because I was upset and decided to cancel our saying there imagine after 7pm we have to go and search for another Hotel.
