Had a great time, house was perfect for our family and all the little amenities they provided. only regret is we didn’t have more time to spend at the house to enjoy hanging out on the patio area and grilling! Host was very communicative and checked in on us asking if we needed anything and also responsive when we did have a need. Overall great experience!

Golf Trip Getaway!

Me and some friends stayed here during a short golf trip. This place was perfect! Beautiful pool and outdoor area…we stayed out there a lot. The inside was also very nice. Big kitchen with everything you need, pool table, comfortable beds and lots of televisions. Everything was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic house and hosts

We visited the area for a HS graduation being held at NRG. The house was well appointed, clean, and spacious. The outdoor pool/hot tub and BBQ areas are where we spent most of our down time and was amazing. We had a few times needing to communicate with the hosts and they were quickly and kindly responsive. Definitely recommend staying here!

Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful Abode❤️ We enjoyed our stay. Clean and vedy cozy. We enjoyed tour 18 while my kids and family enjoyed the pool table, the playground and the swimming pool! We had breakfast at the patio. Wedding Clubhouse

We needed a place for our parents (and us) to stay for our son's wedding. Since it was August, a pool was a mandatory! House was clean, hosts were accessible and prompt. If anything, the home is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Single story home that worked well for our 80+ year old parents. The outdoor living space was exceptional. Hard to beat a relaxing evening in the pool after the rehearsal dinner and wedding!

Great Grandma

First I have to say that I planned and paid for this rental but 4 days before we were to leave my husband fell and broke his hip and we had to stay home but our 2 granddaughters and their 6 kids had a wonderful time. Kim was ready to help them all the time. The only problem we had was that we wanted most to be able to enjoy the heated pool. However it was cold and the 200 I paid for it to be heated for 4 days was used to heat the hot tub. Apparently, because they were having some cold weather it was impossible to get it warm enough. This didn't bother the kids. The hot tub was adjacent to the pool and they jumped from one to the other and had a great time. Then Kim refunded my 200.My point is, check the weather before you pay to heat the pool but don't let that stop you from renting this wonderful property from a very helpful host.

Disappointing

This home is in a great location but falls short on expectations. It had plenty of space to accommodate our family of 7 however there were several things that made it not so great. One feature we liked was that it has a pool table however the cue sticks were all damaged with no tips. The backyard patio and pool area were the main reasons why we chose this place however there are several cameras there that makes you feel uncomfortable. This should be included on the listing but we were informed about it after booking. We opted for a house over a hotel to have more privacy, unfortunately it was too invasive with the cameras. Also there were lots of wasps in the bushes around the pool which made it less enjoyable. Lastly, the oven and outdoor grill were very dirty. Although we were informed that the outdoor grilling area is not covered by the cleaning fee, the listing stated there can be an additional fee of $100 to clean the grilling area if it is left dirty. It seems this place is not being well maintained since these are things that should have been done before guests arrive. In summary, look elsewhere for something better to get your money’s worth!

“Okay”

Location and home itself is great! Not sure if we got unlucky but our check in process and communication with our “property manager” was an entire show. At the end we were able to get in the house. (almost 2 hours later) Anyways… Although Back yard/pool area seems very relaxing, it doesn’t feel like the normal experience you will get everywhere else. If you want to use the hot tub you need to keep texting them constantly to turn on the heat so No…you don’t feel free at all (Feels like being watch the entire time) pool needs a request in advance to be heated at an extra cost. Also, randomly workers came to the back yard to mow the grass, while our entire family was in the back yard/pool/hot tub… which made it very uncomfortable and random. (On a Saturday afternoon. maybe a call to the mowing company to reschedule service if you are hosting the house would be nice next time.) We travel and book constantly but this is the first time we ever felt the “not enjoyable feeling”. Not to mention the amount of rules and things to do before checking-out (things that normally cleaners do). They also offered us “late check-out to make it up” but we just wanted to be over with our stayed. Over all okay, it just wasn’t the best experience for the price.

Overall good stay

POOL: the pool and hot tub were fantastic. It was annoying to have to message the host to turn on the hot tub and pool waterfall. However the host was pretty diligent about turning them on. Only one time they were an hour or so late on turning on the pool/ hot tub but they communicated that they had poor cell service. OUTSIDE: the outside area was one of our favorite places to be. My husband did have to kill a wasp nest upon arrival so the kids didn’t get stung one the jungle gym. It should also be noted the jungle gym is now missing a spiral slide but it didn’t stop the kids from playing on it. The outside sink didn’t work, and the grill was pretty dirty and rusted out. POOL-TABLE: Some of the pool cues were crooked and there was no chalk available. However We were still able to get several good games in. KITCHEN: We cooked every night and fed a family of ten. We even have a professional chef in the family and he was happy with the kitchen. CLEANLINESS: The house is beautiful however it wasn’t cleaned correctly. This is our biggest complaint. The house was at best Hollywood cleaned. It needed a good dust, baseboards wiped down, funk on some of the walls, cobwebs in some rooms, vacuum wouldn’t suction anything, pink in the grout of the guest bathroom which indicates a bacteria growing. My mother is manager of a big hotel so it’s hard not to notice these things. CHECK OUT: easier than most places I have stayed at.Overall would stay again if just needs a good cleaning.
