Even though I booked through VRBO I had to fill out multiple forms outside the app to get access to instructions to get into the place. I had to download an app and go on a scavenger hunt to get the key to enter the place. Once I got in, the bathroom was clogged. Majorly clogged. The owner said there was nothing they could do about it.Furniture was busted, deadbolt lock was removed, and the whole place felt bare.

I got exactly what I expected, a fine stay. It was humorous to read one of the previous reviews from a lady who seemed to think she was paying to stay at the Ritz-Carlton. Listen Linda, if you’re paying the cheapest price possible to be in downtown Houston, then recalibrate your expectations lol. The place had all of the essentials. Communication with the owner was seamless. Overall good experience. I got exactly what I paid for! Thanks :)
