NO WEAPONS POLICY

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives.

Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to us and the specific platform you're booking through and local authorities.

By booking, guests agree to comply with this policy.



Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:

The home is in Cottage Grove, Houston TX, very close to Downtown, Energy Corridor, Galleria, Medical Center Area, and more! The neighborhood itself is a very peaceful area with cottage-style homes that delight with their historical arquitecture. Memorial Park lies south of the neighborhood, allowing all visitors to engage in fun outdoor activities.



Getting Around:

A short 7-minute drive will take you to the beautiful Memorial Park, a vast urban park known for its trails, golf course, and recreational activities. Additionally, a 15-minute drive will lead you to the famous Minute Maid Park, home of the Houston Astros baseball team!



Other Things to Note:

NEIGHBORING CONSTRUCTION:

There is currently construction taking place on the lot next to the property. While this is outside of our control, there may be periods of increased daytime noise during standard working hours. We appreciate your understanding and recommend considering this when booking if you’re planning to spend significant time at the home during the day.



- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.

- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking.

- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.

- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.

- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

- Pool : Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The pool and kiddie pool are not heated

- Landscaping: Is done once a week.

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.

- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.

- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs.

- Other: The fireplace is out of order. High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
