Nice hotel close to House of Blues
The room was very clean and nice, and it was only a three minute walk to the House of Blues which was nice. The actual hotel staff was completely unhelpful. My card was improperly charged five separate times and when I called about the issue I was told that I only paid half my bill, which I had proof of otherwise. After they finally sorted out my missing room bill, an employee asked me to send the credit card information to her personal email. The entire staff was completely unprofessional while trying to help me. I will never stay here again.
