The hotel is under renovation but the staff, namely Gemma, was excellent and got a room near my family that had been newly renovated. She was so sweet and helpful!!! The renovation project didn’t allow for amenities and the large lobby with tv and eating area was closed off. Some floors had non working ice machines but Gemma filled our buckets with no problem from downstairs. We chose to stay an extra day there because of the cleanliness in the renovated rooms and the kindness of Gemma.

The staff was very accommodating we checked in late and the representative that was there. Make sure that we had everything that we needed. She was very nice. Make sure we could get in and out of the parking garage. Everybody was so nice and accommodating one of the attendees even tied my dress for me. This is an amazing hotel.
