The Space
This inviting two‑level townhome accommodates up to 7 guests, featuring two queen‑sized beds, two twin rollaway beds, and a futon couch for extra sleeping space. Perfect for families, groups, or business travelers, the home offers an airy living and dining area with vibrant décor, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of natural light. Neighborhood & Location: Nestled in a peaceful community near Bear Creek, this apartment offers a prime location for outdoor lovers. A large park is next door, perfect for a morning jog or evening walk. If you love golf, you’re in luck! A golf course is just minutes away. Parking is convenient, with free street parking always available. Additionally, a dedicated parking slot can be used on a first-come, first-served basis, so getting in and out is a breeze.

1. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs over 45 lbs, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
2. Futon couch folded down: 69” sleepable length, suitable for a child or smaller person. Linens available upon request.
3. Pool/Spa Hours: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please note, they may close unexpectedly for maintenance or chemical rebalancing.
4. Message us for gym access.
5. We are located in a tropical area, so bugs and insects are common. To help prevent them from getting inside, we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed and to avoid leaving any food out, especially outdoors.
