The only good things I can say about this hotel is the front desk clerk was very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. The room itself was not that clean and there were stains all over the carpet. The mattress seemed to have a depression in the middle of it and the walls are thin. I could hear the people next to my room talking well after midnight. I finally figured out how to turn the "constant fan" on to help drown out the noise. I guess I shouldn't have expected too much for the price I paid, but I won't stay there again.

The facilities were not bad however i could tell it was a older hotel that was renovated. The staff were nice and polite. The carpet could have been a little more cleaner. The location of the hotel the way that it was situated there was a building in front of it with Bob wire fence and in the back of it was a business appeared to be some type of trucking company. I would’ve wanted a better view there were a lot of food choices around, which was good. However, if you are traveling with small kids, I would not recommend this hotel simply because the atmosphere is not kid friendly than what I’m used to seeing this particular hotel would be for more mature crowd who is there specifically on business. It’s good for not doing much lounging, but going back-and-forth to the room to sleep. It was beneficial for me because it was only about seven minutes away from my classes if I was on vacation, I would not stay there simply because it is not a chilled relax spot to be, but it is OK if you’re going to Houston for something specific and not leisure time.. there were no bugs no roaches no bedbugs. That was good. Hope this helps. The parking was decent. The breakfast was decent waffles cereal, yogurt, coffee you can make your own egg.

the room was very clean and the air was set to a good temp the bed was SO COMFY, and it was very quiet in the hotel. The hot tub was clan an ready for use, the room attendants did not mess with us and gave us our privacy. WE WILL DEFINATLY BE BACK!!!
