Enjoy being just a stone's throw away from the famous Boardwalk and all its attractions, while also being somewhere quiet, relaxing and comfortable for your stay. This roomy home is wheelchair friendly, outfitted with accessible bathrooms, and sits on an almost 1/2 acre lot. WiFi is available and the neighborhood has strict noise ordinances to ensure peaceful nights. Entire house is available, excluding the garage. Minimum age of 25 required to book; no Saturday/holiday check ins or out allowed. Uber, taxi, and bicycles are all available for transportation. Mail is not accepted at this address. Enjoy some rest and relaxation with your family here at this convenient and accessible getaway! We live on the adjacent property , if you need anything. .we have a strict no pets, no party , no smoking policy.. garage is off limits... Oven is not working at this time only the stove is available $200 PER 2 DAY STAY FOR HEATED POOL must be reserved on advanc grill MUST be cleaned by guest after each use ,or extra cleaning fee is added All guests must be registered with valid government ID prior to arrival, and upon check in. Any violation of house rules will result in immediate removal of all guests on property, with no refund.and loss of deposit. $200 lost key and or lock out charge.
