"We checked in at 11pm. We booked a king bed. Went up to the room and it was 2 queens. Called front desk. No answer. I went downstairs had to wait in a long line only to find out they weren’t checking in people because they didn’t have any clean rooms. I understand needing to switch my room to 2 queens ..."
