"Very nice "

"First standard room was not to my liking. Seems like I was given the room where all the old furniture was stored so everything had a wear and tear look and sofa was very not suitable to sit on. Had a very dirty look so stayed on the bed most of the time which was not as pleasing either as the comforter yes like a light yellow instead of white. I felt this was a room for those who did not pay that much and was thrown into the less presentable room. I'm usually not a complainer and just roll with things but my OCD had got the best of me and I couldn't do it longer. I spoke "

"The common areas were nice, and the staff was friendly during check-in. However, the room itself was a bit disappointing. There were stains on the furniture, and the headboard had noticeable scratch marks that had damaged the material. The bathroom appeared clean at first glance, but the tub looked dingy and had clearly been repainted in several areas. The sink faucet was also misaligned, leaving visible gaps, and the sink stopper was broken, so it had to be removed for the water to drain properly. Overall, the room was clean enough for the price, but it did not meet my expectations. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the pool, but the water was freezing cold in the morning, making it unusable for us, which was disappointing. The elevators also need repairs, they closed on more than one guest during our stay."
