"Perfect view of the NC mountains from the back deck. The rental I stayed in was so quiet, clean, spacious and peaceful, which made for a perfect getaway. If you are wanting some entertainment, downtown Boone is less than 10 min drive. Lastly, the check in was so easy. Hope to stay there again. "

"The view from this unit is absolutely amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay. It’s such a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The bed was also very comfortable, and I appreciated having a smart TV in the bedroom.There were a few maintenance and comfort issues that kept the stay from being perfect. It didn’t seem like everything had been fully checked between rentals — for example, the shower knob didn’t work very well, and the fridge ice maker wasn’t dispensing water. The walls are also very thin, and because this is a lower-level unit, we could clearly hear conversations and footsteps from the unit above us.I also wish there had been a smart TV in the living room since that’s where you really want to sit and enjoy the view. Another thing to note is that the large master bedroom window is only covered by curtains, so privacy felt a little limited at times.Overall, the incredible view and comfortable bed made for a nice stay, but a few updates and maintenance fixes would really improve the experience."

"Watersfall was an incredible house to spend App State Graduation with my 2 daughters and sister. It was such a quaint cabin and the creek and waterfall was amazing especially at night. The host Lynn was excellent - always replied to my messages in a timely manner and even sent me a personal text to make sure we had arrived safely and to let us know about the lights around the creek and how beautiful it is at night. We took several pictures on the deck for my daughter's graduation as it was a beautiful background. The check-in and out process was stress free. The only thing I would say is to let the security guards at the gate to give guests the key to the house. They gave us the key so we wouldn't have to drive back down the mountain since we had arrived as it was getting dark. It was not an issue at all. The screened in porch on the deck was also a great bonus. Unfortunately it was too chilly at night to utilize it more. I loved the rocking chair and the chairs around the fire pit during the day were used. Thank you again for being a great host and sharing your cabin with us. AnneMarie"

"We had a great stay! The house was so much fun and the game room was a huge hit. The driveway was a bit hard for us to find. The sign for the property was at some point attached to the tree and appears to have fallen and the post with the address is turned at an awkward angle. They are not lying when they say the driveway is steep. Pictures make it look not so steep but it is. The beds are very tall so be careful. Overall, this place was super private and beautiful and I would definitely go back!!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful mountain house. It is very well-equipped and nice spacious rooms. We liked how every bedroom had its own bathroom. The house is in very close proximity to many outings such as Blowing Rock, Boone, and Grandfather mountain winery. The owner was super to communicate with throughout the stay. Can’t recommend this house enough!"
