Very clean and plenty of room for family and friends. Lots of amenities and plenty of restaurants nearby and not far from town. We especially liked that it was so quite. The property has a fenced back yard, which was great for the dog. I was surprised though, to see that there was no grass...only pebbles, not a problem for the dog or me, just surprising. There is also a little patio with grill and seating. Since Central Avenue in Hot Springs is so noisy, the quiet of this property was very welcome. ##### Mitzi A. Clean and everything we needed. I think the owner made it as nice as possible. The house is poorly constructed and leans. Doors will shut automatically whether you want them opened or not. The floor is nicely remodelled but put over a very uneven floor and sometimes walking on it you can tell the new boards sunk down. This did not affect our stay it is very nice and i think the owner did his best with what he was working with when remodeling. I recommend it. ##### Lisa M.
