The AC in our room was not only loud, it made a thumping noise all night. The suite was well designed and laid out. The desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the other guests were pleasant and friendly.

The property has some sort of unpleasant scent as you walk along the corridors to your room.
The flies were also unpleasant and annoying.
It was in my room and the washroom and breakfast bar area. I actually saw the flies on the bagel.
The bed was lovely and the room was tidy, so that was good.

"Overall this property was fine, the other issues I had were the doors to the room did not shut properly and I had a hard time locking them. You had to put the door handle in the upright position for it to be fully closed and locked, and it took a lot to do that. Also, the bathroom door did not shut ..."
