"This was our first stay at this hotel which is still undergoing some renovations. The updates and upgrades are obvious. Our room had a beautiful bay view, a huge bathroom with a giant free-standing tub in addition to a big shower. Towels were luxurious. A King bed in our dog friendly room was very comfortable. Fridge even had a freezer big enough for ice cream bars and the dog's freeze bone. Patio off sliding doors contained a table and 2 chairs and directly overlooked the harbor. The staff was over the top helpful as us " oldies" locked ourselves out the first night pushing wrong door combo buttons. Only issues-- Could not figure out volume adjustments on big Sanyo TV. At least for us, it was not intuitive. Of course we grabbed staffers Chris and Luis who not only reset our door combo but also showed us the trick for volume control!!"

"A charming space with stunning views and next door to a local market. Our family of four was a very comfortable is this fully furnished home. We had access to everything we needed in the kitchen to make perfect meals. We had a beautiful nook to watch the boats and all the local birds and seals. The home is very well maintained and is very spacious. The communication was great with with the home owner prior to our stay and we had lots of handy information available in our welcome kit. We loved our time in this home."

"Pamela was an absolute excellent host and her place was exactly what we needed for our short stay in Bodega Bay. The fact that her place is pet friendly was also a huge plus because it meant we could bring our Border Collie. He absolutely loved romping around the beaches that were dog friendly. We will definitely be back."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment on the shore of Bodega Bay. The view is outstanding, and everything was exactly as described. We particularly enjoyed using the barbeque on the deck, while enjoying the views, and found the kitchen to be very well equipped. Both bedrooms were nice and the mattresses particularly comfortable. Notes from the owners were very thorough and completely accurate. We would be happy to return."

"A wonderful location with pretty much all one needed to have a comfortable getaway in a charming village. Hosts were excellent communicators and had the lodging well equipped. The additional heaters were a must - even in July. Be extra careful about the driveway. The hosts' instructions should be carefully followed. Our small pet loved the place. The only drawback is if you have any limitations on mobility. There are both up and down steps between the bed and the bathroom and the steep driveway limited some of us from walking around the lovely neighborhood. The very respectful neighbors upstairs could be heard walking around (we go to bed very early) but it was totally manageable. We definitely recommend the unit."
