Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable for our anniversary!

Room was very clean and well stocked. the only complaint I have is that the shower was dangerously slippery when I got in. My feet almost came out from under me. This would not stop me from renting again. The check in staff was super friendly and helpful

Above and beyond. Beautiful apartment. Stunning bath and shower. Bed is lovely. Almost wanted to just stay in. Marvelous!

Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed.

Enjoyable stay with an excellent breakfast. Hotel offered two pools;one outside and an indoor pool with hot tub. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Close to just about everything there we did in Branson. Walking distance to many food and entertainment. We didn't like the setup to get room service. You need to fill out a form when you needed service or supplies. Otherwise no one checks the room for supplies or emptying trash because they bag whatever you want and leave it outside the room.
