With the money we spent on the suite I would expect the room to be cleaner and curtains intact there was mold in the bathrooms and in the outside patio closet the room never seemed to cool off past 70° positive was the game room as my 14year old son enjoyed the pool was nice the movie theater was pretty cool the service at fire and ice by the pool could have been alot better. Im undecided if I wanna visit again or not

What we liked about the property was the original design and the thoughtfulness of the design to enjoy the beautiful lake & outdoors. What needs help are the carpets throughout the main building. The grounds were beautiful. We stayed in the main lodge building. The biggest downside would be that their carpet needs to be replaced because it is a tripping hazard. The beds were small and uncomfortable. We definitely enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pool. The kids loved the game room.

Overall the property is dated, but is very beautiful and the grounds are kept up very nicely. If we were to stay there again we would stay in the main area around the big pool. Our room was convenient because it was on the first floor, and right across the from the pool and beach, however for the price it was very outdated, smelled of mold and was not in the best shape. The furniture was old and beat up, the bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be changed out. The room was small and the bathroom was extra small and old. The main building and area where you check in is gorgeous! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The main pool area is also very nice. The restaurant was very good and everyone was very nice. There was a movie theatre in the main building that ran two movies every evening with free popcorn. They do have rentals for the lake on the premise. This is convenient to a lot of restaurants, shopping. Overall 7/10. Great for families.
