Only issues we had was 1 of 2 lifts out of order most of our stay (we were able to use the stairs instead to our room on floor 4) and the rooms aren’t the most soundproof (we were woken by loud voices having an argument in the early hours from the floor above and could also hear our neighbours talking fairly late.
