You will also find a recreation room, a sauna and a ski storage room, which are shared with the owner of the property. The flats both have their own kitchen and a cosy living room; ideal if you want to take a break. There is plenty of public parking close to the accommodation. There is no door connecting the accommodations Hopfgarten im Brixental is an enchanting village in the heart of Austria's Tirol region, surrounded by the majestic Kitzbühel Alps. The picturesque mountain village is a paradise for nature and outdoor enthusiasts. In summer, it offers excellent hiking and cycling trails, while winter guarantees fun in the snow, for example at the nearby SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, one of Austria's largest ski resorts. Wir haben beide Wohnungen belegt. In der neuen Wohnung gab es ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit einer Regendusche! Wunderbar nach dem Skifahren. Es fehlte allerdings ein Schrank mit Regalen, um die Toilettenartikel abzustellen. Auf jeden Fall würden wir nächstes Jahr gerne wieder kommen! Leider kann man sein Auto dort nicht parken. Das große Apartment ist brandneu renoviert und lässt (außer Verbrauchsartikel wie Salz und Pfeffer z.B.) nichts vermissen. Das kleinere Apartment in der Kombination fällt jedoch von Einrichtungsqualität und -alter deutlich ab. Zwar ist hier alles zweckmäßig, aber doch in die Jahre gekommen. Dafür liegt der Preis auf hohem Niveau wie die neue größere Wohnung. Außerdem steht im Inserat ein Fernseher auch für die kleine Wohnung, der aber de facto nicht vorhanden ist. Grundsätzlich aber ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Sauna und der Massagestuhl sind ein Extra-Bonbon. Der Skiraum könnte etwas größer und wärmer sein, damit die Schuhe über Nacht auch richtig trocknen. Die Location ist mit 80 m vom Lift nicht zu schlagen. ##### Oliver D.
