"The bathroom had missing handles on the faucet. The microwave was burned out and rusty inside, could not be used. I try to use one in the breakfast bar area that one didn’t work they said the power was out. When I asked for a replacement, they decided to put me in a different room, and it wasn’t much better. The rooms were dark and dingy. The bathroom was under maintain needs remodeling. The breakfast was horrible had pancakes, old bagels, and I think yogurt was all I can recall. No meat or eggs or juice. I actually moved to Homewood suites next door and it was 10 or 20 times better. We ate the expense of the new place (Homewood Suites) because the Microtel we booked was not refundable. The photos online are misleading. Never stay here!!!"

"Check in took nearly an hour. Come to find out the front desk staff had checked someone else in under my name and reservation. After sitting at the desk waiting for them to contact the customer they checked in under my name and spending 20 minutes going back and forth on the phone with manager and the aforementioned customer I was finally given a room key. The front desk attendant said she had a stressful night which I understand, but the wait was unbearable. Property and room were decent at best, definitely not worth the money and not worth it at all after the very long and frustrating check in process."

"Después de una reserva de 3 semanas, el día que llegue luego de 17 horas conduciendo la manager sin razón ni explicación cancelo mi reservación, la respuesta fue que no había razón, me hicieron a media noche con la familia salir a buscar hotel. Que desagradable sorpresa. Estuvimos llamando durante el día para reclamar y nunca respondieron."

"They were unable to locate my reservation because it was third party so I had to wait at the front desk at least 20 minutes just for them to pull my reservation. There was hair in the shower. You have to scan a qr code that has issues to pay for parking however there are almost no parking spots available. Checkout is at 11 and I was running about 5 minutes behind and was in the process of packing so that I could leave. Housekeeping started knocking and kept knocking until I got to the door ever when I said one second I’m coming. She was rude however I understand she might have had a tight schedule it just delayed me more instead of her just saying please check out asap or something she’s wanting to have a convo and stare at me. Won’t be back."
