There was minor road noise but this did not disturb us and is to be expected at a hotel in such a good position. The highlights were the excellent service of all the cheerful staff and the complimentary breakfast."

"Booked for a weekend family visits, we didn't use any of the spa or entertainment or restaurant options so cannot comment on those. Our room was clean and tidy, staff welcomed us on arrival and wished us well on checkout. The car park is super busy but that is an issue anywhere so close to the seafront. The only issue we had was some very noisy upstairs neighbours who woke us several times - even during the hotels requested quiet times. Obviously, visitor behaviour is somewhat outside of the hotels control and being such an old and historic building some creaks and squeaks are to be expected, just a shame it somewhat ruined a nice stay."
