The spacious one (1) bedroom floor plan provides ample space for the family to spread out. There is one (1) king size bed and one (1) sleeper sofa that turns into a second sleeping option to accommodate four (4) guests. The unit also comes with a full kitchen for travelers on a budget looking to save money and cook their own meals. Other unit amenities include free secure parking, WIFI, and coin operated laundry is available on the 34th floor (same as the unit) for your convenience.
Guests have access to a variety of building amenities such as a shared heated pool, two (2) hot tubs, tennis court, basketball court, BBQ area, children's playground and twenty-four (24) hour security. The building also has the Banyan Breeze Coffee Shop and a Mini Mart

We've been coming to the Waikiki Banyan for years. Its a great spot, with fabulous views! Free parking, walkability and consistency are all icing on the cake.
Didn’t have hand soap or extra roll of paper towel/toilet paper. It was a nice stay close to the beach. Very useful beach accessories that came in handy. The laundry room only was open until 10pm and cost 4 a load for washer or dryer payable by an app or quarters. Parking was tight, but was free. Most parking I saw was very expensive. Overall we had a good experience besides toiletries and laundry, but that was our fault with our schedule.
This ended up being the perfect place to stay for our week in Hawaii! Great location and view, free secured parking, and the building itself was pretty quiet. You do hear the street noise surprisingly well for the 34th floor, but Waikiki is loud outside. I wouldn't say it impacted our sleep much.We didn't get the check-in email automatically, so I would recommend reaching out on that earlier than I did. Everything was resolved by the time we landed, but it added some anxiety to our flight. A big plus is there were no resort fees or anything added on like some listings I looked at. We would definitely stay again!
My overall stay was good. The main complaint is that I didn't receive the email with code to enter the room. Also, I forgot to let the owner know that the door was hard to open due to the screw loose of the area where the door closes by the door knob.The room was clean and it was walking distance from the beach, zoo, and ABC stores.
Great location but disappointed when we arrived with a clogged kitchen sink, dirty fridge door, and cupboard, gunky shower curtain liner and the garage gate key did not work. We tried the key from 1st floor all the way to 4th floor and it did not work. Luckily 4th floor wasn’t lock and we were able to get in. Front desk did not let us borrow their luggage trolley. We have to borrow shopping cart at the security office in exchange of ID.
Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Lage der Wohnung, die Größe und Ausstattung. Ideal um Honolulu und den Rest von Oahu zu erkunden. Parkplatz war auch ein riesen Vorteil. Etwas besser hätte die Sauberkeit sein können.
Super Lage. Es war alles da was man braucht! Wir hatten am Anfang Probleme mit der Toilette, das war etwas nervig! Es ist bei offenem Fenster schon recht laut, aber es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
