The renovation process is expected to take approximately 12 to 14 months. Notice - Recreation Deck Work (July 28 - December 31, 2025) We're excited to share that Waikiki Banyan will be making improvements to the recreation deck between July 28 and December 31, 2025\. During this time, workers will be applying materials that may occasionally produce a mild odor. This is normal, harmless, and its presence will vary throughout the project. Please keep balconies clear of lightweight items so they don't blow onto the deck. Items that do end up in the work area may be difficult to retrieve.
