The renovation timeline is currently set from April 2025 - for the next 12-14 months (April - June 2026). Pool, hot tubs, grills, etc. will not be available during this time. This unit is located on the same floor as the renovations (6th floor). Price has been adjusted due to construction that will occur M-F (9:00am - 5:00pm). The Hawaii experience would not be complete without visiting the world-famous neighborhood of Waikiki. The Waikiki Banyan is located on the east end of the district and is conveniently located to the zoo, aquarium, beaches, restaurants and parks; all within a 10 minute walk. The unit is 1 bd, 1 bath and is equipped with just about everything you will need for the perfect stay. We are (9.8 miles) from the Honolulu International Airport and (2.6 miles) from the popular Diamond Head Crater Hike. The unit is 557 sq ft of living area. The bed arrangements are as followed: King (bedroom), Queen pullout (living room) and single pullout (living room). This unit is located on the 6th Floor which is also the amenities floor. There is a sauna, playground, pool, tennis court, spa, and barbecue area. \*\*\*Note: During the amenities open hours typically 9am- 9pm, you can hear some outside noise from the front door of the unit. 1 free parking available with unit. You will need parking pass and can park anywhere from the 2nd - 5th floor. To receive parking pass, you will need drive into the parking structure and let the security know at the front you are retrieving you parking pass from the unit. The security will either have you park in the loading or visitor parking while you retrieve the parking pass. This parking pass will need to be placed on your rear view mirror at all times while in the parking structure. Garage has a 6’ height limit. NO OVERSIZED VEHICLES ALLOWED IN PARKING STRUCTURE. It is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. This unit is great. It’s been recently updated and had all the necessities. Well stocked towels, kitchen, beach chairs…it was very clean and well maintained. It was a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The parking was great to have. The condo is located on the floor with the pool and other amenities offered at the Waikiki Banyon which is a plus. The only thing that would have made it perfect is a little dresser of some kind in the bedroom to put some of your clothing. We were here for 5 nights, we loved that we could park our car in the parking structure and that it had a washer and dryer. We kept the AC off and the windows open when we were "home" and it was awesome! I saw other reviewers complain about noise because the front door is by the pool bathrooms but we did not notice any noise (maybe because we had the windows open). It can be a bit of a wait for an elevator at peak times of the day (however, one of the four elevators were out of order during our stay).
