Our charming studio in Waikiki is a breezy unit in Hawaiian Monarch building. Enjoy breathtaking park view. Hotel quality sheets, pillows, and air conditioning await you. Excellent location right across the convention center, about a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 15-minute walk to Ala Moana Mall, very accessible to restaurants and shops. Renovated in Oct, 2024\. Professionally cleaned after each guest. Security in lobby. Includes \-Free wifi \-Queen sized bed \-Extra large sliding window with tropical breezes \-Kitchenette with induction cooktop, microwave, and kitchenware \-Air conditioning included in unit \-Smart TV \-This unit is a 100% legal STR rental FLOOR AREA : Approximately 236 SQ FT Check in: after 4:00 PM (Front desk) An earlier check-in can possibly be arranged.
