Welcome to our Ali'i Suite, a chic, tropical oasis located in Waikiki Banyan, where every element has been carefully designed with our guests in mind to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Located on the 18th floor, the suite offers ocean and city views and is a short distance to the beach as well as numerous Waikiki shops and tasty restaurants.   
  
Complimentary free parking is included. No hotel resort fees.  
  
If you need anything during your stay, the best way to reach us is to message us through the booking service you used to reserve your unit. if you need anything we will respond within an hour. For URGENT situations, please CALL   
  
Easy contact free self check-in and checkout process as the unit's front door has a keypad coded lock. Your access code will be sent to you the morning of your arrival, via a message on the booking service platform you used to reserve your unit.

Parking garage is on-site with entrance on Kuhio side of the building. Unlike big hotels, we offer FREE parking ($50-$80 daily savings) and no resort fees. The garage ramp is 6ft tall, so a rental car more than 6ft will not fit and be turned away.  
  
Recreation deck on the 6th floor includes a pool, jacuzzi hot tubs, sauna, BBQs, tennis/basketball court, and children's play area.

\*\*\* POOL CLOSURE NOTICE \*\*\*  
The recreation deck is currently CLOSED for renovations and is scheduled not to reopen until MAY 1st, 2026... so the beach will be your "go to place for" water recreation or you can pay for a day pass to use pool at a nearby hotel.   
  
Living here on island our entire lives, we have seen pests occasionally in even the highest rated hotels, condos, malls and yes, even rental cars. We use an excellent crew to keep our units clean and well maintained. Despite our best efforts to prevent pests with bi-monthly pest control services, we still see pests occasionally as they're part of our Hawaiian tropical ecosystem. It is extremely rare to see them, but still possible. You can help us by throwing out leftover foods daily to avoid attracting pests.  
  
IMPORTANT NOTICE on parking pass. If parking pass not returned on departure, the cost is $250\. We also provide a "after hours" key for the parking garage. If this is key is not returned at checkout, the replacement cost is $50..  
  
PLEASE NOTE that the Waikiki Banyan is a non-smoking building. We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. This includes no smoking inside the unit, around the recreation deck, inside the garage and no parties or events. Smoking in designated smoking area or away from the building. Additionally, we ask that guests respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 7am as a courtesy to the building's residents. We've experienced the security office being called for excessive noise.
