Please be aware that any violations will result in a $500 fine. Additionally, if building management issues a citation to us as owners or hosts, we may escalate the matter to the platform. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and healthy environment. Occasional water and power interruptions may occur due to maintenance or operational activities managed solely by building management, which are common in hospitality properties.
