It is ideal for solo travelers or couples who travel light and comfortable with sharing intimate space. · Close the window will help in reducing noise level. But please understand we are steps from the world famous Waikiki Beach! The ocean view is just cross from the busy Kalakaua Ave. Gladly most of our guests find no problem at all. · We opted to provide a queen size bed, instead of full size, for a more enhanced, comfortable sleep. That also means, a narrower space on wall side of bed to enter. We respectfully ask our guest(s) not to push the bed against the wall, as it will limit the ability to utilize the under bed storages. · New on demand hot water tanks installed in the building early 2025. It might occasionally need a reset. Please contact management or front desk if there is issue with hot water at shower. · Under bed luggage space for either 2 carry-on or 1 checked luggage. · Small open closet by entrance, as shown in the picture, to hang clothes. Laundry basket and iron are on top shelf of the closet. There is also a laundry bag hanging in the closet. Small vacuum in the closet for guests who need a quick cleaning. · At the end of trip, please kindly bring all extra items to front desk (chair, boogie board, etc.). Please DO NOT leave them in the closet or the unit, so our next guest(s) can fully utilize the space. · We DO NOT own a parking spot. Possible parking options for information purpose only: Honolulu Zoo offers short term parking up to 4 hours with reminder and extension via phone if pay by card. There are limited onsite or nearby parking that might be arranged at booking via management and assign upon arrival. But please understand Hawaii building parking is SMALL and DIFFICULT. And most importantly, they are NOT part of this listing. So please do not leave bad reviews because of unhappiness with parking. · For guest(s) who have any issues during stay, we have the front desk staff there to assist 24/7. Great location specially if you have young adults that want to do their own activities, very close to the beach by only one block, The ZOO is right across the street, it is a small ZOO but very nice place to spend with family specially if you have young kids…
Small but comfortable room with minimal cooking supplies. Good view of Waikiki beach and good oceanside walking. Nice rooftop table seating for sunset dinners. Street noise from motorcycles and cars was loud at times throughout the night.
Couldn’t ask for a better location for enjoying Waikiki on foot. Just as shown in the pictures, the unit is tight but fine for two. If you had a lot of luggage I think this unit would be a challenge in terms of space. Beautiful view and hang out area on the 10th floor. Didn’t use the pool ( did not look super nice) but who needs it when you have Waikiki beach! There is always friendly staff at reception.
The room is all we needed albeit on the smallish side it more than made up for this shortcoming with the perfect location to everything! There was nothing we dint walk to and from many times! Food, attractions, entertainment and most importantly the beach all right there! I highly recommend this place to stay!

This property has a great view over Diamond Head, the zoo, and the ocean. It's a great place to stay if you don't want to feel like you're in the "Big City". The interior size isn't huge, but let's be honest - you're not going to be spending much time in there anyway!

Would also have liked Kleenex and at least a couple coffee pods. Knowing ABC was super close helped with the lack of coffee pods

This place is definitely small, but you don't need a massive place when you're out exploring beautiful Hawaii! The view was a dream, and everything was as expected. Had a little trouble with parking in the garage on the first day - didn't feel like the instructions were super clear for signing up/finding it, but after chatting with the front desk we got it figured out! Street parking was close by and easy to find outside of an event that took place, so overall, definitely recommend. It was a lovely stay!

The property was very well taken care of however it should only be utilized for a place to sleep. If you desire spending any time in the room aside from sleeping, it would be near impossible. The bed fills the whole living area and there isn’t much room for a suitcase. Aside from the extremely close quarters it is a nice room. Not extremely an ocean view, 35% of the window can see the ocean.

Parking at the property it’s about $25 per day and it’s worth every penny… lots of condos on building but never waited more than 1min for the elevator… people from front desk are super friendly and helpful. Awesome location w a 1 minute walk to Waikiki beach. Would stay again
