Staff were really helpful and friendly and the location felt really safe. Definitely worth booking. Mixed rooms so men snoring loudly. Convenient location, can have your laundry done on site, few options for things to do there. Although the breakfast service we used to have is no longer available, the kitchen and fridge are well-equipped, and there are also ABC stores and other eateries, so finding food is not a problem. However, be aware that you cannot buy beer without an ID at the stores on the main street. Of course, the hostel is non-smoking and alcohol-free. Top bunk could do with a railing to prevent falling off. The room also needs more blinds/curtains to keep the light out at night. The cost was very high. While this may be reflective of the market, the hostel could really stand out if it is was even a little bit more affordable.
