Most sought after and in a SPECTACULAR location with views of the Pacific Ocean overlooking the Ala Wai Yacht Harbor! Imagine waking up to the beautiful and calming view of the ocean and relax with a cocktail as the sun sets over the yacht harbor. You'll never forget the amazing ocean views you'll see when preparing meals from the kitchen. Construction Notice: Exterior spall repair and painting work is currently scheduled from 3/30/2026 - 4/10/2026\. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. Lots of drawer, cabinet and closet space. Thermal drapes kept the hot sun out in afternoon. The view was great and higher unit kept it quiet. Loved the 360 view from Pesca on top floor and extensive menu as well as nightcap bar. Sad we only made it there once. We had a perfect week of weather and the trade winds helped! Morning walks to aka moana and magic island were just enough workout for me! There’s a new food truck spot nearby, charter house was yummy higher end and live music Friday. Outback is closed. Minimal amenities, not even salt and pepper. No cleaning supplies, dishwasher soap for one load. I guess my expectations were too high for over $500 a night. The towels and linens need replacing. Oh one last issue, take a look at the vent in the bathroom. ##### Jane F. We really enjoyed staying here. Its only a few steps from the beach and further away from the crowded Waikiki area but close enough to walk there if needs to . The only complaint we have was the lack of supplies. For a 6 night stay for 4 people, we were provided with 1 load of dishwasher soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 partial roll of paper towel, 1 set of bath towels. No beach towels, bath towels replacement, nor laundry detergent provided. Though the view made up for these shortcomings. ##### Jaclyn D.
