It needs a summary on items in the condo for use to avoid purchasing. There is no pool available until August of 2026 due to remodeling. I prefer the beach myself so it didn't bother me. It was clean, bright and right on the beach. The home was well stocked with a nice kitchen, books about Hawaii we enjoyed browsing and beautiful views!There was a great selection of beach items - boogie boards, snorkels, umbrella, cooler and more. Those items make a day at the beach so much easier. The farmer’s market across the street was helpful in rounding out meals when I forgot a lemon and we needed a fruit refresh. The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. we were very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the unit. Obviously there have been some mindful upgrades to this unit. It is an older property that was nicely decorated and stocked.This was our first stay on Oahu. Short 3 days but what a great stay at the Banyon. Great location, free parking an awesome perk. Our rental was actually better than the pictures and descriptions. Byron our contact host was very responsive and provided all the information we asked. We will look at another stay at the same property for a longer stay. All 5’s on our rating. Amazing location and so easy to get right to Waikiki! Super helpful that there was parking offered as well which made the trip so much easier and it stressful. Also having the chairs, cooler and blanket were amazing additions to the place!
