Sliding glass doors give access to two spacious lanais where views of the Pacific Ocean, Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon, and Ala Wai Yacht Harbor. This amazing, 1000sq.ft, ocean-view condominium, redecorated in 2019 and new furniture in 2021\. The condo features a tropical theme, koa wood plank flooring, Shoji-Hawaii room divider, 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms (includes handicap safety features and accessibility), fully equipped kitchen, separate dining & living rooms with a desk for personal or business use, and two large lanais for enjoying the views with morning coffee and/or sharing evening meals. The condominium is on the tenth floor, #1026, located on the coolest and most desirable side of the Ilikai, which looks over the lagoon, yacht harbor, and ocean. The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom features a king that converts into twin beds, and in the living room, there is a queen sofa bed. This unit can sleep six people.
