UGLY: I asked Byron if we could be compensated for ​t​his major inconvenience for not having a working refrigerator for the ENTIRE stay. ​W​e initially got a verbal response that he w​ould immediately refund ​u​s 25% of the rental​, ​​but no refund credit ​ever ​appeared on my account even after multiple inquiries. ​Just like the refrigerator repair, we were given a bunch of empty promises. ​ Bottom line: If there were no refrigerator problems, this unit would have been acceptable. I give it this unit 1 star for not resolving the refrigerator issue (as of today) and 4 stars for the view. ##### Debbie Y.
