Great unit with wonderful views. Comfortable bed. Close to beach. Helpful staff at Koko Resorts. Advertised as recently renovated, but shower was very old. Rest of apartment good. Found tile floor dirty - had been vacuumed but not mopped or steam cleaned.

Pool and hot tub were nice, good views, lots of cross draft ( many opening windows) to have nice air circulation. Dirt in corners of all rooms and the floor left our feet and socks dirty till we washed it, dirt around shower doors, couches were lumpy and uncomfortable to sit on. No dish towel to do any hand drying of the wine glasses.

This property was good! Laundry on every floor available. Security 24hr on site. Close to the beach and shopping. Free guaranteed parking is a huge bonus. They could however improve on the cleanliness of the unit - the floors were very dirty and the toilet when we checked in and we did mention it but nothing was done about it. There was extra towels and bedding which was nice. The view from this unit was amazing - you can see diamond head and Waikiki beach! The pool and hot tubs is a bonus if you want to stay in with children. Everything is so close and walkable - zoo is around the corner and many restaurants. Close drive to Pearl Harbor and Bishop Museum. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Nice unit

The unit was clean and spacious for 2 people. The view of the beach was good. It was only a short walk to the beach. The laundry was in the room next door which was very handy. The lounge was just alright, not as comfortable as it looks. The bed was very comfortable. When I found out it was on the 27th floor I thought great, as there won't be any street noise, I like to sleep with the window open, I was so wrong, the traffic and pedestrian noise was very loud, which surprised me. Anyway I would stay here again

Pleasant Stay

Overall, this unit was great. It delivered on the dual views (even though the Diamond Head view was from the kitchen window). The bathroom is very small. The shower had great water pressure and they included some nice shampoo/conditioner. The kitchen was well-equipped. The refrigerator was very clean inside, but the exterior looked very dirty (rust stains). I was travelling with my mother and sleeping on the sofa. I packed blankets for just in case... There were no sheets/blankets available for the sofa so I was really glad I did. Plenty of pillows available from the bed. I am sure they would have helped me with that, but I didn't bother since I brought enough with me. Just a note for future users so you can prepare ahead. I had some issues with the tv and the host/management company was very responsive and came in to fix the issue quickly. The location has a great coffee shop on the 1st floor and there is a mini mart for smaller purchases. The parking was convenient and the guys at the parking gate were very helpful. There are nearby restaurants, and the beach is just blocks away. All in all, I would stay here again.
