Please treat the home and its furnishings with care.A $25 charge will apply for stains on items.A $50 charge will apply for handling and shipping of lost & found items.These policies help us maintain the property in excellent condition and ensure smooth service for all guests. Additionally, any evidence of illegal substances (Marijuana or other illegal substances) left behind by guests will be reported to authorities. We want you to enjoy your time with us, but we have ZERO TOLERANCE for Drug use and our properties are SMOKE FREE.
