We appreciated the generous supplies of paper products, dw, and washer cleaning tablets, beach chairs. The building itself seems very secure so I didn’t worry about leaving my belongings for the day. The condo layout is very spacious: Two 6’ closets with lots of hangers, tall dresser in the large dressing area. Location is truly beachfront. Recommend you take their suggestion of renting a parking space. There isn’t any public parking around there that we saw.
