The studio is on the 9th floor. The Marbella Lane staff is always responsive and helpful. Thank you for accommodating all our requests. Check in and check out was a quick and easy. As of the date of this review (July 2025) the overnight parking fee is 45/day. In addition to the amenities listed, the studio came equipped with two beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkel gear for two, a couple soft coolers, and a boogie board.
