The hotel offers two swimming pools, numerous shops, and eateries in the lobby including a large sundry store. The Hilton Lagoon and lobby is a three-minute walk along the beach. Coin laundry machines on each floor with $2.5 each time and trash receptacles. Pools located on the lobby floor and on the second floor Operation hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm Beach gear rental shop located on the lobby floor. It rents snorkel gear, surfboards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and etc. Business hour: 7 am to 5 pm daily. \* Unfortunately, our guests are not able to access the gym in Ilikai Hotel. Lagoon Parking: The Ilikai back foyer has a ramp that drops you right on the lagoon on the ocean side. You can park free on the left side during the day for up to 6 hours. These spaces always fill up with surfers during the day but open up throughout the day. There is no parking after 10:30pm in the free parking area. All cars are towed right at 10:30pm sharp so don't forget your car there. Directly across from the free parking spaces there are numbered paid parking stalls that you can use for $1 an hour. Park in any stall and purchase your ticket from the machine at the entrance to the lot by can choose any amount of hours you want. The machines take cash and credit cards. Ilikai Bell Captain: The bell captain or valets can assist you with your bags and deliver them to your room when you arrive or when you leave. Tip is usually $1-$2 per bag. Red Lobster Parking: Across the street on the west side on Hobron Lane is Red Lobster. There is a parking garage located there that offers parking for $23 per day. Please check rates upon arrival. Other Things to Note: CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies on each platforms. NO Refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD) • Smoking. It's a $500 fine per occurrence if caught in the hotel or if we find that you smoked in the room and you can be evicted and lose all monies. • Events/Parties are \*STRICTLY\* Prohibited, Security Deposit at Risk!! This was reported the 2nd day we arrived, along with the request for additional towels (we received the towels the day before we left). Also advised that the use of the microwave constantly tripped the breaker, so the microwave was unavailable. This was also reported the 2nd day we arrived.The unit was clean and comfortable if basic. The view from the lanai was nice, but the furniture on the lanai was also very basic and not very comfortable to linger on.We had great communication leading up to and including the first day we were there.
