Located right at the entrance of Waikiki. You will have a prime location for experiencing the Waikiki. Minutes away from Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Shopping Center. Steps away to the famous Duke Kahanamoku Beach. The sleeping arrangements are convenient with a King Bed and Sofabed could turn into a bed, sleeps two. Food, The Cinnamons is right in the hotel. Open daily from 7AM to 9PM. The Aroma Caffe, enjoy authentic, high quality, Italian coffee at the Ilikai Hotel. Open daily from 6AM to 4PM. Other features include the free Friday night live music and Hula Show in the Ilikai courtyard from 6PM to 8PM and the Friday night fireworks display in front of the Hilton Hawaiian village next door at 7:45PM. The fireworks are viewable from the Hilton Hawaiian village lagoon, which is right as you exit out the back walking path from the Ilikai. Also the Hilton Hawaiian Village lagoon is for the public and is a great feature for the kids! Feel free to contact us if you have questions before booking online Guest Access: Guests are welcome to use all the amenities that the Ilikai Hotel has to offer with the exception of the exercise room. The hotel offers two swimming pools, numerous shops, and eateries in the lobby including a large sundry store. The Hilton Lagoon and lobby is a three-minute walk along the beach. Coin laundry machines on each floor with $2.5 each time and trash receptacles. Pools located on the lobby floor and on the second floor Operation hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm Beach gear rental shop located on the lobby floor. It rents snorkel gear, surfboards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and etc. Business hour: 7 am to 5 pm daily. \* Unfortunately, our guests are not able to access the gym in Ilikai Hotel. The gym access is for hotel guests only. Our unit is privately owned and it is not part of hotel operations. Lagoon Parking: The Ilikai back foyer has a ramp that drops you right on the lagoon on the ocean side. You can park free on the left side during the day for up to 6 hours. These spaces always fill up with surfers during the day but open up throughout the day. There is no parking after 10:30pm in the free parking area. All cars are towed right at 10:30pm sharp so don't forget your car there. Directly across from the free parking spaces there are numbered paid parking stalls that you can use for $1 an hour. Park in any stall and purchase your ticket from the machine at the entrance to the lot by can choose any amount of hours you want. The machines take cash and credit cards. Ilikai Bell Captain: The bell captain or valets can assist you with your bags and deliver them to your room when you arrive or when you leave. Tip is usually $1-$2 per bag. Red Lobster Parking: Across the street on the west side on Hobron Lane is Red Lobster. There is a parking garage located there that offers parking for $23 per day. Please check rates upon arrival. Other Things to Note: CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies on each platforms. NO Refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD) • Smoking. The executive suite we rented for the week had stunning views from the balcony. We were near/walking distance from nearly everywhere, and getting around was a breeze. We were slightly away from the hub-bub of the main Waikiki Beach area, and that was nice, even though we enjoyed the few times we explored the area. Would return for sure! ##### Charlotte C. It had been going on for THREE weeks prior to our stay. We should have been notified. The manager refunded 20% which was appreciated. It was perfect for our needs. I would say this property is perfect for two people but would be crowded with any more than that. The bed is comfortable , the kitchen is stocked well enough for simple meals ,the view of the ocean from the lanai is awesome. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee every morning on this lanai. The location of this property is the quiet end of Waikiki and is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The one thing I would say is that the first picture on this posting is not accurate. You cannot see the sunset from the lanai, but having said that the view is awesome. (Also just for reference, you also cannot see the Friday night fireworks from this lanai)Neither of these were a big deal as a short 5 minute walk and all these views are available The communications and the response from the marabella team is probably the best I have experienced in any rental. Our apartment was exactly as show in the property photos. This is a studio apartment that was perfect for two adults. It has a fold down futan sofa for extra guests but it would be a tight fit for another 1 or 2 guests. There was a nice kitchen with everything you would need to cook a meal, although we only used the coffee pot, and full size frig to store drinks and some snacks. They provided the coffee grounds which was a nice surprise, so we didn't need to go out in the morning. The lanai had views of the ocean, harbour and the Hilton's lagoon. It was shaded for most of the morning, so we often sat out on the provided table and chairs to drink our coffee and enjoy the views. It was relatively quiet on that side of the building. The king size bed was comfy and the floor we were on was quiet. We loved the apartment and would stay there again. ##### Amy K. Our place was great. Nice space, perfect location for us. When I needed to connect with the host they were very responsive and helpful. We needed wine glasses and they delivered that first night a brand new set of 4\. A couple of things were not working perfectly and I let them know so they would be report the next guests. TV system would not work for us but we didn’t really mind. I also did not ask about figuring it out because we were busy with our plans for Oahu! A smart tv would be a good investment to make a smoother and easier process for guests but again for us no tv was fine. Hotel was nice also, condo owners in the hotel don’t have as many privileges but not that affected us. The restaurant on the bottom floor Cinnamon (?) was closed the entire time and should be updated in the listing. Overall I would stay there again: location, ocean view and peaceful spot. ##### Lisa P. The location is close to the Duke lagoon, beach, shopping, restaurants, Friday fireworks just to name a few. The views are beautiful. You can’t see the actual sunrise or sunset but you can see the gorgeous colors they produce and watch the boating and surfing activity from the balcony. The bed is extremely comfortable. It is a short walk to Magic Island where there is a sea lagoon for learning scuba diving or just snorkeling or swimming. The views there are stunning. And if you want shopping the world’s largest mall is across from the park. We enjoyed learning about the history of the Ilikai and the surrounding areas. People are very friendly and helpful. It needed a deep cleaning of the kitchen stove, the shower and the balcony. It lacked a dishwasher, so the dishes and utensils provided were dubiously clean to start. An undersized TV and a ridiculous tangle of wires were the focus of the room. The furniture was sad and the few amenities provided seemed cheap and minimal. The room was not well kept at all. Railings on the lanai had old bird poop all over them. There was also a bunch of beach stuff haphazardly piled in a corner of the lanai.
