Both bathrooms feature tasteful high-end Porcelanosa tiles from Spain, plenty of recessed dimmable light, and spacious standing showers. Stunning Cali luxury oversized vinyl flooring planks throughout the condo offer an open floor plan with spectacular views. Each room is equipped with the brand new and efficient Split AC system The kitchen combines elegance and functionality, blending white quartz countertops, marble herringbone backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The second bedroom is furnished with California king-size bed, 43” Samsung Smart TV, and a private balcony. Both bedrooms have blackout drapes for comfortable sleeping. Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $45 per night plus tip with in/out privileges. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations are needed. Just arrive anytime, and valet staff will be on duty. 2\. Behind the Ilikai building there are lots of public parking spaces, some free and some paid. The free spaces close at 10:30 pm so you have to move your car before then. The paid parking spaces go for $1/hr and do not close at a certain time so they can be used for overnight parking. The views were awesome and our private fireworks on Friday night were great. We enjoyed not being right in the middle of Waikiki with all the traffic/people and noise. It could use more cleaning. There were many rules that we had to comply with as far as using and leaving the property. Considering the cost of the rental, the ceiling fan had dust on all the blades, the washroom shower floor tiles could use more scrubbing. Same with the spaces for for two balconies.
