We book several units so we can be close together and travel around the island to experience different beaches, museums and activities. The location of the Banyon tower 1 and 2 are excellent and having the parking is very convenient. The units are just right for two people to share. All the pillows were flat and the bed was uncomfortable. There were not enough beach towels for all of us. Two of the burners on the stove did not work so our meals took hours to make. The windows were missing the latches, so you could not close some of the windows all the way. Also, a day before arriving I called about the cancellation policy and the person I spoke with said they would have someone call me back. They never called back! They canceled my reservation! The grinding noises during the day was quite disruptive and the water was shut off for 5 hours one day, that started at 9am. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was visiting for my 50th birthday with 3 girlfriends. It was a comfortable room and loved the set up. The view was amazing! I stayed in tower 1 over spring break with my family, but loved the view even more from Tower 2\. Had one issue with the shower, but the host got back to me right away to explain how to use it. There were instructions on the back of the toilet but they were covered by extra toilet paper rolls. I had an amzing experience and so did my friends! Thank you!
