Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities. We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival. We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival. 1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS: 1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

We loved our 5 night stay at the Ilikai. The building exceeded our expectations in terms of aesthetics and conveniences, including a small grocery mart, coffee shop, casual restaurant, views, upkeep, etc. The unit itself also exceeded expectations in comfort and views. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.
This well stocked condo had an excellent location and proximity to the beach, shopping and food options. We had perfect view of the Friday night fireworks from the balcony, very clean and comfortable beds. Would most defiantly return and recommend. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.
My GF and I stayed here for a week (9/6-9/13). Everything about the place was spot on and perfect. This is the perfect location for two people for a quiet getaway. Close enough to the beach and attractions to walk, yet far enough to sit on the balcony and enjoy a quiet dinner or peaceful morning coffee. Absolutely fabulous. Planning next years trip to this same condo already.
It was a great property in a lively neighborhood with everything nearby. The views from the balcony was beautiful. You can even see the fireworks on Friday night from the balcony. The kitchen had everything we need (one more wine glasses would be nice) to make breakfast before leaving for the day. The laundry facilities on the floor were perfect as they were clean and convenient. The ice cream shop in the lobby was where most of our days ended. LoL We would highly recommend this unit. Only suggestion would be to have paint the walls white and have white curtains. Just a little too dark.
Great location close to Waikiki Beach. Good restaurant and bar located onsite downstairs. Easy keyless check in. Bed was comfortable. Couch needed cleaning and livingroom rug needed replacing but overall a good deal for the price.
We had the best stay. This location is fabulous. Literally spent hours on the balcony watching the surfers, beach activities, and best view of fireworks. Highly recommend. So much to do at this location. Very walkable area.
Extremely clean, gorgeous view, excellent proximity! This place is right next the the lagoon and beach. We loved waking up, going downstairs, and stepping right onto the beach! It’s also walking distance from the strip with tons of great restaurants, and the mall for anything you need. The A/C was a little wonky but overall super great spot.
This apt. is very well appointed, with just about everything needed to move in. My one truly minor caveat is that there were no tissues provided. Still overall I'd give it 5 *****.

Doors to lanai need lubrication. Area carpet needs replacing. Hideabed needs cleaning. AC front needs cleaning. TV sound isn't working properly and sound at times is distorted.

I was charged nearly double for what it is online just a day or two later. I had thought about staying longer, but I wouldn’t stay with this company again.
We Stayed 8 days, The air conditioning didn't work, on day 4 we were provided with a fan, But the AC wasn't fixed until DAY 7...It was a bad stay at the Ilikai, They told us the building is really old therefore the elevators weren't working most of the time, and we had to use the stairs most of the time!!! We were hit with a POWER OUTAGE every single day for about 4-6 hours during the day so we were forced to get out of the unit to eat or cool off.
Overall our stay was outstanding. Beautiful view from the lanai, great view for the fireworks. The bed was extremely comfortable. The unit looked exactly as listed.
Our only negatives …
The A/C unit is in front of the couch, and it was warmer by the bed. I wish I would have brought my bedside fan. The blinds really need to be addressed. You have this beautiful unit, and the blinds are pretty beat up. It wasn’t a game changer for us because we were up well before the sun.
I’ve stayed at the Ilikai before, this unit is my favorite so far ….
The property was clean and well appointed, just as in the photos. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved eating breakfast on the lanai. It was very convenient to the beach. The only downside was that the air conditioning unit was very noisy and cycled on and off frequently, which made it annoying when we were trying to sleep. The parking garage was OK, but it now costs $28 a day, not $23. It is also a building away, so a little walk from the hotel but not too bad. Being so near the beach means that you are in a noisy area, and there’s a lot of traffic there. Despite that, we were very happy with our stay.
Overall this stay was excellent and worth the money. Some minor issues: We asked for local contact to look at the vertical blinds. Strips were missing and did not block out the lights in the mornings. Privacy too. The unit AC is loud and not overly efficient. The TV cable box is mounted to the back of the TV so hard to change channels using the Spectrum remote.
