The doors are all opaque, even the sliders that separate the bedroom from the living room (where the 3rd guest slept) making privacy nonexistent. The sleeper sofa is pretty worn out, had to purchase a foam topper from Walmart. Also if you blow the sliders from the bedroom to the living room you have no AC and it gets very warm. The city noises are all around you though did not disturb my sleep. All the essentials are available in this cozy condo which is perfect for 1 or 2 but would be snug for 4 adults. The mid rise building was quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. The beach is so close by, the location can't be beat. For my preference the bed is too firm, I would describe the mattef as a firm inner spring with no pillow top or extra padding.
