The Hawaiian Monarch is a secured building that includes a spacious sun deck with grilling area, pool, and hot tub. Just steps away from Waikiki’s shopping, restaurants, nightlife and activities. Take a short stroll to Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, and Hawaiian Convention Center. This smartly remodeled studio offers mountain & city views and sleeps 2\. This unit is located on the 37th floor. Elevators are available. KITCHEN/DINING This home includes a kitchenette with a hot plate (portable stove), microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery and basic cookware. LIVING/SLEEPING AREA This unit includes a queen size bed (sleeps 2), dining area for 2, smart tv, and ac. BED/BATH This unit includes a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and full bath with standing shower. Scheduling was a nightmare which after 5 phone calls to VRBO seems was their fault but the room amenities are sparse. The window lets all the wind you would expect to have at the top of a high rise straight into the room. Bed was almost more comfortable than the floor. There is a missing smoke detector with wires protruding from the wall. The price and location are good if you need a room that is priced this cheap. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location=A+... This studio has potential, mattress was not comfortable, TV should be on the wall, refrigerator was maybe good enough for wine.
