Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The air conditioner was a big help with the humidity. The kitchen was clean and had mostly everything we needed.The reason we gave the condo only 4 stars is there were some things that would have made it more enjoyable. We would have liked if there were beach/sand chairs available. Lawn chairs were provided but not practical. Would have liked a small cooler to carry cold drinks or snacks to the beach. We were supposed to have a towel exchange on our 5th day there, but we did not receive fresh towels and only had 2 beach towels. It would have been nice if the kitchen had coffee filters and some basic seasonings like salt and pepper. Communicating with the host was a little slow. We were happy to have a late check-out, for a fee, of course. We have stayed at the Waikiki Banyan before, and having a parking pass was great. Getting in and out of the building was easy, and the location was great for getting anywhere in Waikiki, around town, or on the freeway.Our entire stay was comfortable and convenient. We liked the unit and the Waikiki Banyan.
