Beginning October 27, 2025, the building will undergo an exterior renovation project (concrete repair and painting) lasting approximately 6–12 months. Work will occur Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and guests should expect daytime noise, dust. The lanai doors will be locked so you cannot access them during the work. The Pool will be closed during the renovation project. We appreciate your understanding during this period. Please note that since we are at the center of it all, there is potential for noise. Urban noises such as traffic, ambulances, and music from restaurants can be heard. STR#1068 Please note that reservations starting on January 1, 2026 will be subject to an increased transient accommodation tax.
