Room was clean. There was rust stains in the bathroom and if the curtain wasn’t pulled properly the water would fall outside of the shower creating a puddle. The water pressure is amazing and the water gets hot super quick. When using two different settings the floor in the shower collects water as it can’t drain fast enough. Easy check in and check out process. Mainly booked this room for location next to the beach. The hotel is at the very end of the main strip/street, so lots of walking. When booking parking it would have been helpful to be told where to go upon arrival as there is no driveway for this hotel. We had to park at the zoo across the street until the front desk could text us back where to go. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Only real complaint was that loading trucks were loud outside around 6 am most mornings and music from the restaurant/bar one floor below our room was loud at night. Coming from the east coast with the time change most nights we were in bed on the earlier side so that would keep us up and then the trucks would wake us up in the morning. Found a cockroach. The bathroom sink is clogged and shower will flood the bathroom floor due to shower curtain not being long enough to keep water inside shower. This awesome cozy unit was on the third floor- right above the Lulu's bar that starts to play loud music with screaming drunk people well past midnight. The bar advertisement said they have live music until 2AM. It was impossible to fall asleep anytime before 2am. The windows in the unit do not block any outside sound.
